I do my best work with clients who are curious about themselves, have a good sense of humor, and are often at a significant transition point in their lives. Clients most often begin working with me around issues related to trauma, anxiety, or relational wounding and are seeking new ways to relate to themselves, others, and the world around them. My overarching goal in my work with clients is to help them move through the world with a greater degree of consciousness, courage, and compassion - whatever that may mean or look in their lives.
I provide Existential, Internal Family Systems, EMDR, and Ketamine-Assisted therapies. Each of these affords clients unique ways of processing emotions and understanding themselves and are often successful in areas that other approaches have not been. I also thoroughly enjoy working with members of the LGBTQ+, poly, and kink/BDSM communities.
If you share in my goal to live with more consciousness, courage, and compassion, are looking to "dive deep" in therapy, or belong to the any of communities mentioned above, I'd be honored to hear from you and see if you feel like I would be a good fit to accompany you on this leg of your journey.
