I’m a queer therapist who loves supporting adult clients in our community to live in authentic and connected ways. I help clients navigate gender and sexuality, transitioning, relationships, anxiety, depression, and grief with a special focus on professionals creating an authentic identity at work and anyone struggling to build meaningful local community. I combine Acceptance and Commitment Therapy with motivation work and my belief that you are the expert while I am merely a guide. I work Sunday through Thursday with day and evening times.
