My expertise includes grief/loss, depression, anxiety, mood disorders, thinking disorders, self-esteem, anger management, trauma, life transitions, family conflict, emotional disturbances and relationship issues.
In counseling, I help clients identify their presenting issues, sources of support, and areas of change. I focus on emotions and feelings (anger, loss), thoughts (view of self and others) and behaviors (avoidance, aggression) with the intention of helping clients acquire new insights, discover strengths, unleash motivation and move towards growth.
