With 20 years of clinical experience, I can help you identify changes that really make a difference! My work includes Psychodynamic Psychotherapy, Mindfulness/Meditation skills, CBT/DBT and EMDR for trauma and emotional regulation. Trained in many modalities with decades of practice I easily tailor treatment to your needs and goals.
Classically educated in psychodynamic/psychoanalytic psychotherapy, I've been in practice for 20 years and specialize in anxiety, bereavement, trauma and OCD. As an experienced integrative therapist, I use EMDR, DBT, CBT and Mindfulness Skills in conjunction with psychotherapy and understand which pairings are optimal for each client.
