I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Hawaii and a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor in Illinois. I have dedicated my career to helping individuals overcome mental health challenges and promoting psychological well-being. I utilize a range of evidence-based therapeutic techniques to help navigate through life's difficulties, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Informed CBT, Mindfulness, and Strengths-Based Therapy.
