Brianna believes that every single person has value. She believes therapy gives people a way to process through past experiences or current issues that may be holding them back in relationships, self-confidence, self-acceptance, or from where they want to be in life. Her goal as a therapist is to meet you wherever you are in life and work alongside you, growing you from the strengths you already have, to get you to where you desire to be. She works to provide an open, non-judgemental, environment where clients feel welcome and safe to work through their obstacles keeping them from living their best life.
Brianna graduated from the University of Nebraska Omaha with her Masters Degree in Social Work in 2019. She is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Licensed Independent Mental Health Practitioner. Brianna previously worked with individuals with intellectual disabilities, in hospice, at the VA Hospital, and with individuals who are HIV positive.
Brianna specializes in working with grief, trauma, adjustment, depression, and anxiety. She works from a strengths-based approach and meets clients where they are at. Brianna's primary method of treatment includes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Interpersonal Psychotherapy, Solution Focused Therapy, and Cognitive Processing Therapy.
