Reaching out for help can be scary - I know. It is so important to me that my clients & their families feel valued, seen, & heard. I strive to create a safe & healing environment to allow my clients the ability to express themselves. I have worked with clients from age three and up.

My master's is in Clinical Mental Health Counseling & I have a graduate certificate in Infant & Early Childhood Mental Health Counseling with a focus on ages 0-5. I am a person-centered therapist that meets each client where they are. Sessions with me are individually focused on you & your therapeutic goals. I would be honored to be a part of your journey.
