Counseling can be an effective tool in working toward this end, and I enjoy being a part of the process with my clients. By focusing on your strengths and by using individualized approaches, I aim to provide a safe place to support you in gaining a better understanding of how you might achieve your goals.
I assist teenagers and adults with a range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and life changes, and specialize in children with disruptive behaviors and social-emotional delays. I am a certified AutPlay Therapy Provider, an approach for neurodivergent children, including those with ADHD and Autism Spectrum Disorder.
