I am a mental health practitioner with Omaha ForUs LGBTQ+ Community Center. I provide therapy for individuals of any age who identify as LGBTQ+ or are questioning their gender/sexuality. I also offer LGBTQ+ group, family and couples therapy by request.
My person-centered approach to therapy is informed by the unique and intersectional identities we each navigate, giving weight to the familial, societal, political & systemic impacts on mental health and well-being. As a representative of Omaha ForUs, I bring with me a multitude of LGBTQ+ resources and referrals that can benefit clients beyond therapy.
I strive to cultivate healing, resilience and joy for LGBTQ+ people so we can live our best lives. If you are LGBTQ+ or questioning, and you want to know if therapy could be beneficial to you, book an appointment with me and I can help guide you from there!
