I work with clients in all walks of life, though I find myself working most often with pre-teens, teens, young adults and moms. My goal is to foster a safe, creative, and supportive space for clients to sift through those uncomfortable thoughts and feelings that always seem to pop up. Some areas that I focus in include anxiety, self-esteem, and stress. My approach to therapy is about collaboration: you and I are on the same team, working towards the same goals. My role is to provide coping skills, help you to discover your natural strengths, nurture positive mental health practices, and empower you to live your life to the fullest!
I'm a pre-licensed clinical mental health therapist under the supervision of a licensed therapist - I work with clients ages 10+ and provide telehealth only services at this time. I specialize in anxiety management, parenting support, and perinatal/postpartum care. I offer creative arts in sessions as well, if that resonates with clients!
