I specialize in art therapy as a form of counseling because it encourages processing emotions through creative expression, which accesses the right hemisphere of the brain where all emotional and traumatic memories are stored. Art making can calm the thoughts down and slow the heart rate to help the body feel safe.
I am here to help bring yourself into focus and find the best version of YOU! I have been in your shoes and learned to navigate with ADHD. The tools to being more in control and more grounded are here and I can't wait to share them with you.

Groups
Bring Yourself Into Focus Yoga
Take one hour at the end of the week for some self love and join Friday morning yoga. The class is a 60 minute slow flow hatha, which guides you through a series of yoga poses held for a count of 4 breaths each. This flow focuses on all your muscles head to toe. This flow is appropriate for all yogi levels and blocks are welcomed and encouraged. This class is offered via live video so you will need your own equipment. Each class is $15.
