I use a mixture of cognitive-behavioral, mindfulness, existential, solution-focused, somatic, and systems theory techniques to support you on your journey.
I'm RYT-200 certified and Trauma-Informed Yoga Therapy trained, so I often incorporate yogic breath and nervous system regulation techniques into therapy sessions.
