I'm an experienced bilingual Licensed Mental Health Counselor offering individualized, evidenced-based treatment and coping strategies tailored to each of my clients' specific needs. My practice is informed by theories and techniques from Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Rational Emotional Behavior Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Hypnotherapy.
My life experience as a multi-ethnic individual, who grew up in a multicultural city, informs my practice and helps me understand my clients' worldview in terms of race, gender, nationality, and sexual orientation.
