My primary area of focus is providing mental health services to college students. I am passionate about navigating students through treatment for anxiety disorders, depression, ADHD, and social advocacy/identity concerns including but not limited to LGBTQ+ and multicultural stressors.
I primarily use modalities such as person-centered, feminist, and muticultural therapies with all of my clients. I also utilize specific modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral, Dialectical Behavioral, Mindfulness, Existential, and Acceptance and Commitment therapy depending on client's individual therapeutic needs.
