I enjoy working with teens and young adults who are facing challenges with alcohol or substance use. My ideal client is someone who is willing to be honest with me about where they are in their journey. They don't necessarily have to be ready or willing to change. All I ask of my clients is for open-mindedness and a willingness to discuss their experiences.

I provide individual counseling sessions where I integrate dialectical behavioral therapy, acceptance commitment therapy, and 12-step concepts into my practice. I take a holistic approach to each individual, customizing my services based on their strengths and goals.
