My ideal clients are curious about utilizing their creative imagination for healing and wellness. I work with clients who are struggling with anxiety and parenting challenges while navigating their own old wounds. Often, these clients are also neurodivergent, highly sensitive, and struggling with chronic pain, IBS, substance use, obsessive thoughts, or compulsive/habitual behavior. My younger clients are typically neurodivergent and struggling with fitting into a world not created for them. These children are often expressing their struggles as anger, anxiety, and sadness. I help them learn to trust and communicate their needs.
I use gentle, empowering approaches such as expressive arts, clinical hypnosis, mindfulness, "parts" therapy, inner child work, dreamwork, and body-oriented techniques to support clients in uncovering their inner wisdom and stepping into their true Selves.
