I enjoy working with teens, college students, and adults on issues related to perfectionism, people-pleasing, codependency, relationship dynamics, sports performance, and sports injuries. The clients I work with often struggle with underlying feelings of guilt, shame, resentment, anger, burnout, grief, not being enough/good enough, or vulnerability. There's often a general sense of unhappiness and a desire to live a more fulfilled life. If any of this resonates, I’d love to work with you and help you make changes in your life that better align with your values and goals.
I'm passionate about equipping clients with knowledge and skills to help them learn, grow, and heal. To move towards healing, it's important to gain awareness and insight into the patterns and behaviors that keep you stuck and no longer serve you well. When we meet them with curiosity, compassion, and understanding, we can begin to see change.
The decision to start therapy can feel overwhelming and stressful, and because of that, it takes a lot of courage to give it a try. I'm honored that you would consider starting this journey with me! My desire for clients is to be able to live more wholeheartedly and authentically with a greater capacity for joy, connection, resilience, and hope.
