I am trained in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) which is an attachment-based approach designed to help you and your partner understand the patterns that may disconnect you and to integrate new ways of being with one another.
I particularly enjoy working with couples who may be navigating a difficult time in parenthood, dealing with loss, or struggling to integrate different parenting styles.
