As an EMDR therapist I see wonderful results on a daily basis. I have over 12 months of intensive couple's therapy training and love to help partners move from being entangled to a healthy and mature relationship. I am a Christian believer and offer spiritual mentoring. At the same time, I understand religious trauma, and can help in this area.

This 8 week course is online and will cover typical destructive patterns many couples find themselves in. You will learn how develop a safe place for healthy interaction and break out of patterns of withdrawal, defensiveness or endless fighting. You will practice the principles that build trust and mutual respect. The course includes breakout sessions where couples have the privacy to practice new material. As your mentor, Cecilie provides tools needed to move towards greater maturity. If you are motivated to grow, this group can be life changing! Participants have access to downloadable material and recording of the weekly teaching.
