A part of my quest to support you lies in cultivating a place for you to explore concerns honestly with humor, creativity, compassion & allow intimate emotions to emerge with safety. I enjoy working with young adults 18+, the LGBTQIA+ community & relationship concerns.

Channeling a growth mindset, focusing on strengths & honoring the reality of life's hardships with a peaceful presence is what I am to offer. I operate from a Person Centered approach and pull from theories like Solution Focused, Dialectical Behavioral, Cognitive Behavioral theories & EMDR to inform my practice. I use creative interventions as well.
