In therapy, even a small change in perspective can make a world of difference. I specialize in working with individuals in treating trauma, anxiety, and depression. I enjoy working with children and teens as well as parents that are having a hard time parenting.
I use an individualized therapeutic approach including ACT, ART, EMDR, CBT, DBT, TF-CBT, and parenting skills. I have worked in community mental health for many years, an addiction clinic, youth residential treatment center, and working in elementary and middle schools providing therapy for the students.
