Life can become extremely complicated and at times, it may be necessary to reach out for help and guidance. All of us deserve a rewarding, productive, and positive life but at times struggle to reach this objective. My aim is to help my clients rediscover the power and self confidence that they have within them and enjoy their life to the fullest again.
My areas of expertise are depression, anxiety, and substance related issues. I offer the opportunity for clients to share their story and find the path to their wellness in a safe, private, and comfortable setting.
