Coming from China, I believe our body has its capability to heal most mental health issues. Thus I combine different holistic methods, such as internal family system, sand tray therapy, soul collage, Mindfulness based meditation, art and music expression.
I am a trilingual in Mandarin, Cantonese, and English. As an Asian, I combine the Eastern and Western cultural and wisdom to help clients understand their life and struggles. Also I utilize creative and holistic modalities to help client express their deepest emotional baggage. Many clients have found this creative methods were very helpful.
