Social Anxiety Process Group
Our social anxiety process group was created to provide a space for you to express yourself and lessen the feeling of loneliness that can come with our anxiety. In this group, participants will have the opportunity to process their experiences with social anxiety and receive validation and support from other participants. Duration: 6 weeks 1 meeting per week, virtual, online sessions. Small intimate groups with maximum 5-9 participants. Tuesdays from 5:30pm-7:00pm
