I will allow you to feel heard and understood and as we engage with your story, you will find a renewed power to engage with life. It is important to me to create a space for my clients to make meaning of the peaks and valleys they have traveled in the past, to find the strength to navigate those of the future, and to be liberated from the trauma that may immobilize them in the present.
