These times can cause us to feel lost, alone, scared, or even exhausted. One way to work through our struggles is to talk with someone we can confide in. Someone who will not judge or look down on us for our internal & daily struggles. Experiences as children can have lasting effects on us mentally & physically just as much as what we have experienced as adults. Working through our feelings of past & present situations we have been through can be very beneficial to our mental health.
I love working with pre-teens (10+), Teens, Young Adults, and Adults. I love engaging with others and making sessions as fun as I can. I grew up being bullied, has battled with depression, addiciton, loss of a parent, and been through me own divorce, I love working with others and helping them better themselves through therapeutic processes.
If you feel like you are struggling with depression, anxiety, addiction, PTSD, mental/ physical abuse, divorce, death of a loved one, or just want someone you can confide in, I would love to talk with you and help you begin the healing process. My goal is to help develop self-awareness, acceptance, and help people achieve the positive changes we all desire.
