A light shines in the darkness and the darkness has not overcome it. Many experience a crisis of faith in troubling times. My goal is make sure you feel heard and know that there is in fact a light in the darkness and I'm here to help you find it.
First and foremost I am a Biblically based Christian counselor, but I strive to meet the needs of all of my clients regardless of faith affiliation. I offer Accelerated Resolution Therapy and a holistic approach to provide treatment for a variety of challenges including trauma, grief and loss, anxiety, sleep challenges, and many others.
