The combination of my experience as a registered nurse and licensed therapist creates my person-centered and highly individualized approach. I am fortunate to be able to give couples effective tools to learn how to resolve issues and regain hope in their relationship. In addition to working with couples, I greatly enjoy working with teenagers and their parents as they navigate this challenging life phase.
I specialize in grief, marital, emotional regulation, and pastoral counseling. I am trained and experienced in trauma, as well as anxiety, depression, and personality disorders. I work with adolescents, teens, families, adults, couples, and groups.
