I have a passion for psychology, mental health and overall well being. My own healing journey has given me unique insight into how to best help my clients. I practice a mix of evidence based theories, matching what is needed to each client's individual situation. My specialty lies in developing a close and trusting relationship with my clients, and understanding them on a deeper level, through a psychoanalytic approach. I have found this path provides long term growth, healing and positive change.
I often explore core issues relating to family dynamics and attachment styles, and find that these themes connect to many anxieties and stressors in the present. Various symptoms of anxiety and depression, and many relationship issues can be relieved with these insights, and learning to process emotions effectively.
Feelings of being empty, deflated, disconnected, and lost are all too common. I help individuals connect with their authentic selves, learn to regulate emotions, and ultimately become happier and healthier.
