Teen Resiliency Program - Unplugged!
This program is designed for adolescents 13-17 years old. The program is intentionally technology free and focused on emotional resiliency, interpersonal growth, improved mental health, nature appreciation, and the mind body connection. There is a weekly meeting with an hour of formal group counseling grounded in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy techniques, coupled with 90 minutes of auxiliary programs including outdoor activities, social time, skills building, and experiential activities aimed at improving inter and intrapersonal growth. If you know a young person struggling depression, anxiety, destructive behaviors, anger, or emotional dysregulation they will find help and support in this program.
