I am passionate about working with clients of all ages and backgrounds! I specialize in grief and loss, divorce recovery, Narcissistic abuse recovery, domestic violence victims, self esteem and body image, eating disorders, parenting challenges, stress, burnout, anxiety, depression, teen issues, self exploration and identity, and support for caregivers.

I am excited about our new in person office in Alamosa, CO but I do, also, offer tele-health sessions which makes therapy very convenient.
