I have 14 years of experience working in the mental health field. I practice Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and trauma-informed psychoeducation emphasizing the somatic connections between your mind and body. I hold a feminist orientation, acknowledging the very real impacts the systems of our society have on people based on their identities.
