My name is Daniele Nolan and I am a licensed therapist with 3 years of experience helping individuals, couples, and families overcome life’s challenges. For nearly two years I have worked in the school setting providing therapy for adolescent individuals and their families. As a therapist, I understand the unique challenges that young people face during this important stage of development.
I draw from a variety of evidence-based therapies, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, and mindfulness-based approaches. I also incorporate creative and experiential techniques to help my clients engage in the therapeutic process in a way that feels natural and comfortable for them.
