As a therapist, my top priorities are making sure that clients feel safe and advocated for during sessions, and that we take a collaborative approach towards treatment goals. I practice with an abolitionist and integrative approach, depending on the needs of the client. I have four main areas of focus in my counseling practice: Trauma/Complex-PTSD, Deconstruction/Liberation, Neurodivergence, and LGBTQIA+ issues.
As a queer neurodivergent therapist who is actively doing the work alongside my clients, I provide a space dedicated to advocation, liberation, and healing. We cannot self-care or reframe our way out of capitalism, racism, poverty, and the other systems at play; this is why we collaboratively focus on community building, resource building, and self-empathy.
