I believe that therapy is a journey, and that everyone's distance and path is different. I provide evidence based practices with coping skills to use in everyday life and provide a space for clients to be their authentic selves in treatment. I have a Master's Degree in Social Work, and have been working as a therapist the past two years following graduation. I have extensive knowledge in Eating and Mood Disorders with adolescents through adulthood. I enjoy bringing a systems perspective to the sessions well as using other modalities like CBT-E and Motivational Interviewing. I offer services to people of all ages as well as families.
