In this way, along with other methods, we will work through relational hurts and attachments, emotional responses, and deal with more than just symptom relief and change, but also focus on healing and growth.
I've worked with Preteens to Older Adults, couples, and families struggling with depression, anxiety, trauma, adjustment issues or transitions, mental crises, relational conflict and issues, loss, and self-acceptance.
