I have more than 30 years' experience as a holistic practitioner. My goal as a catalyst is to assist you to transform your past, identify and deal effectively with stressors, move out of victim consciousness, develop healthy self-esteem, manifest nurturing and satisfying relationships, find meaning and purpose in your life, become self-empowered, and live up to your full potential. I use both a psychological and spiritual lens to assist people in addressing spirituality and existential angst; mood and anxiety conditions; trauma/abuse issues; codependence; family of origin baggage; grief and loss; life transitions; addictions.
My work encompasses the mind, body, and spirit connection. We work as a team to identify and address presenting issues and challenges. This group will assist you to integrate and practice the LIA approach that was presented in the Introduction. This is an educational, interactive support group customized to identify and address limiting beliefs, perceptions and ways of thinking that are preventing you from living your Soul's wisdom. You will learn and practice concepts and skills to expand your awareness and open your heart to yourself, to others, and to the power that is greater than your intellect in order to live an inspired life.
