Note: I am not accepting new clients right now.Our brain/mind is a very complex organ. It’s made up of a multitude of parts at a micro-level as well as on a macro-level. Our Ego is also made up of parts, some seemingly helpful, while others appear more detrimental. In essence our Ego functions to provide protection from dangers (some real but many are perceived). These parts developed from our early childhood relationships with our caregivers and expanded as we grow older, many times appearing to us as a dysfunction or issue. I would like to help you navigate and communicate with these parts and help bring harmony to your being.
On the practical side, I enjoy assisting with career and solution based therapy as well as life transitions and building relationships with ourselves and those around us. It all starts with accepting where we are now.
I would enjoy helping you find acceptance with your self and your life situation by letting go of old expectations of the ego and appreciate how life can unfold in its own way.
