I have 20 years of mindfulness practice and 10 years training adults, youth, couples, educators, doctors, etc. I am trained in nonviolent communication, empathic listening, and self-compassion. I offer solution focused therapy, which builds upon your unique strengths, and I have also worked extensively with children, couples, & families.
I have experienced tremendous success with past clients - children, adults, & families. I also understand from experience that not every therapist is the right fit.
