With over 20 years of experience in private practice, I have had the privilege of hearing many life stories, and each one is uniquely personal. I believe that each individual holds their own answers to their life struggles and that we all need a safe person to help us uncover those answers at times. I am proud that my profession has discovered amazing ways to help with the process of relieving symptoms of depression or anxieties that can affect our lives. I value creating a positive, safe environment and look forward to hearing the stories yet to come.
I work with clients and couples in setting their goals. I choose which model of therapy to use depending on the individual's needs. I enjoy working with clients experiencing depression, anxiety, compulsive overeating, and who have experienced past trauma's or who have come from stressful pasts. I am trained in EMDR, which has been helpful to many clients.
