The more we understand together, the less likely you are to feel you are in the grip of distressing patterns and struggles that feel intractable. Your psychotherapy experience can be a source of strength, comfort, confidence and change. It can help you understand yourself better on both a conscious and unconscious level. It is very meaningful to me to have a part in your journey of personal growth and change.
Clients come to see me for many different reasons. Some are seeking help for depression or stress, some want to recover from traumatic experiences they have had. Others are going through a difficult time in their life (divorce, loss of a loved one, medical illness, loneliness, aging).
Whatever your struggle or concern, we would explore it together. I have over 25 years of experience as a licensed psychologist in a variety of settings. My approach is to individualize therapy to you and your specific needs.

Therapists, nurses, doctors, teachers, pastors, caregivers, etc. This psychodynamic group has a here and now focus to provide support, increase self-knowledge, increase emotional awareness and expression, become more aware of how you impact others and others impact you. This group will likely meet after 5pm one evening weekly or early in the morning weekly, to make it easier for members to attend.
