Hello! I help clients take a deeper look at how the body and nervous system respond to stress, how maladaptive patterns develop in their lives, and how this prevents them from accessing joy. If you feel overwhelmed with family problems, relationship issues, anxiety, depression, or for other reasons, you deserve time for self care to learn to live your best life and be your best self! My goal is to help you find that. Along with the horses, alpacas, the lovely barn cat, and a tiny dog, I hope to help you connect to yourself deeply, and love yourself, so that you can deeply connect to others and find contentment
Well into my career in social work, I discovered the power of working with horses in therapy sessions. The transformations I have witnessed with clients who dive into deep work with animals and nature have been beautiful. I offer a place to feel connected, working together through experiences to understand relationship patterns, tuning in to body and mind.
