I have over 35 years of experience working in all levels of mental health care; out-patient in private practice since 1991. I work with people who suffer from self esteem, trauma, relationship problems and more. We are what we think. We will address thinking and behaviors and only then do feeling states change. I am sensitive to the challenges of all.
