I am a bilingual licensed professional clinical counselor practicing in NM and TX. I provide services to older teens, adults, and couples of different backgrounds, orientations, and dynamics.
I use a holistic, humanitarian, and trauma-informed approach, tailoring services to each unique client. I am EMDR trained and Level 2 trained in Gottman Method and use other evidence-based practices including attachment-focused and ego state therapy. My values in my work are focused on authenticity, making meaning, with an emphasis on empathy and respect.
My primary goal with each client is to establish a strong therapeutic relationship based on their unique cultural and life experiences. I enter the therapeutic journey with curiosity and strive to provide a safe and non-judgmental environment for clients to feel supported, empowered, while fostering healing and positive emotional growth.
