I use mindfulness and a holistic approach to support adults and couples with anxiety, life transitions, attachment wounds, relationship dynamics, and acculturation stress, among other issues.
My holistic approach integrates mindfulness and the mind-body-spirit connection to regulate the nervous system and shift patterns. I am also dedicated to providing a safe, gender-affirming, inclusive environment for LGBTQIA2S+ and BILAPOC clients.
My practice utilizes somatic therapies and breath-work to help clients regulate emotions, connect with their intuition, heal trauma, and shift patterns. My goal is to provide compassionate, effective care that supports personal growth and emotional well-being for diverse clients.
