I largely help folks who experience being othered navigate chronic pain or illness, disability, LGBTQIA+ identities, neurodivergence, aging, and hearing loss from a social justice lens. As a therapeutic writing specialist, I integrate expressive writing/journaling exercises into your talk therapy sessions when desired.

As a lesbian, I am especially committed to providing safe and supportive therapy to LGBTQ+ persons. I also bring lived experience and unique clinical expertise to folks with chronic pain, illness, and disability. This is a guided 6-week personal development workshop (not a psychotherapy group) that uses evidence-based practices and creative processes to enhance wellbeing for folks with chronic pain/illness.
