As a Board Certified Couple and Family Psychologist, I work with couples to navigate the minefields of intimacy to develop safe, secure and loving relationships. In addition, I work with individuals who are experiencing stress, anxiety, trauma, depression, life adjustments and loss. As an integrationist, I work to help you integrate mind/body, identify and express emotions and move through whatever roadblocks are keeping you from being your best self in the world.
I am a Board Certified Couple and Family Psychologist, am a certified Emotionally Focused Therapist and Supervisor, have training in Gottman, PACT and Sensorimotor therapy. I co-founded Brown Skean Seminars and lead psychoeducational workshops: Hold Me Tight NJ ( www.holdmetightnj.com), and co-founded the GSAPP (Rutgers U) Couples Clinic.
