Let's face it -- life is complicated. You may be facing relationship problems, career stress, life transitions, or you may be trying to heal from a traumatic event. I provide a safe space for clients to work through difficult and painful situations in order to improve their mental health and take steps toward achieving their goals.
I show compassion to my clients and use a non-judgmental, collaborative, strengths-based approach. I have years of experience treating PTSD, depression, anxiety and other disorders and use a combination of Person-Centered, Motivational Interviewing, CBT and DBT. Additionally, I am trained in ART (Accelerated Resolution Therapy) to resolve trauma.
