Hi, I'm a licensed clinical psychologist who specializes in relationship issues, couples therapy, depression, young adults, men's issues, and parenting issues. My work with individuals and couples focuses on recognizing unhelpful patterns and improving communication, self esteem, and life functioning. I'll work collaboratively with you to create a therapy plan unique to your needs and we'll probably share some laughs along the way!
With over 20 years of therapy work with adults, couples, adolescents, and children, we can work together to help you achieve insight, understanding, change, and growth. I greatly value common sense, action, trust, professionalism, hope, humor, and providing clients with the skills to be successful in their public and private lives.
Therapy doesn't have to take forever if you don't want it to; many issues can be resolved in a few visits. My office is in downtown Golden- close to C-470, I-70, and restaurants, shopping, and beautiful trails, and I also do virtual sessions.
