I specialize in working with clients with trauma, anxiety, depression, and general life stress. It is crucial for you to feel safe, comfortable, and free to be yourself in therapy. I will work openly and collaboratively with you to develop and maintain that optimal therapeutic relationship from the beginning to the end.
I am also passionate about removing the stigma attached to receiving mental healthcare, because it is pretty senseless. We ALL have things to work on and we ALL can benefit from therapy.
